Our head brewer Michael Waters has announced a special cask tapping at Uncle Billy’s Barton Springs – January 18th.
The beer of honor will be the Green Room IPA, a beer that is hopping into the spotlight as a new favorite. The brew is a dry West Coast style IPA w/ a bright citrus character and a hint of the dank. We’ll be kickin’ it in The Green Room, January 18th – who’s with us?!
